TL;DR

Supplier Readiness Professional (B2B Customer Support): Deliver specialized supplier support by resolving complex billing, compliance, audit, and onboarding inquiries with an accent on accuracy, timeliness, and cross-functional compliance workflows. Focus on subject-matter expertise across hirify.global platforms, country-specific safety manual reviews, and proactive service campaigns while tracking CSAT, service levels, and KPI performance.

Location: Lehi, Utah, United States

Pay rate: $16/hour

hirify.global builds a unified supplier readiness platform that streamlines compliance, prequalification, safety, and performance benchmarking.

What you will do

  • Act as a subject-matter expert across hirify.global platforms (including Connect and Salesforce) to support suppliers.
  • Resolve advanced supplier inquiries related to billing, compliance, audit, and onboarding with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Supplier Services, Risk, Billing, QHSE) to streamline processes and resolve cross-functional issues.
  • Assist with country-specific safety manual reviews and ensure compliance with internal standards and external requirements.
  • Support onboarding and training of new RTW reps, including mentoring and shadowing.
  • Track performance metrics (CSAT, service levels, quality, and campaign KPIs) and participate in process improvement and pilot programs.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in supplier support, customer service, or compliance operations (preferably in a SaaS or risk management environment).
  • Demonstrated expertise in customer support and document review workflows.
  • Completion of skill-based routing certifications and microlearning modules through onboarding/training programs (e.g., Case Management, Country Specific Audits, Supplier Engagement).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Reliable and predictive attendance.

  • Hybrid schedule for candidates within commutable distance: Tues–Thur in office, Mon/Fri work from home.
  • Remote basis may be considered for candidates outside commutable distance.
  • Training starts August 10, 2026 with 100% attendance required for 8 weeks.
  • Reliable and predictive attendance is required for the role.
