What you will do
- Process and generate customer invoices on a regular billing cycle, ensuring charges are correct.
- Reconcile payments and manage customer accounts so billing transactions are recorded accurately and promptly.
- Investigate and resolve billing disputes and discrepancies to protect customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain and update customer billing information in the billing system.
- Audit billing data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency; correct errors and inconsistencies.
- Coordinate with Finance, Sales, and Customer Experience and communicate customer feedback to drive improvements.
Requirements
- Experience in billing, finance operations, or a customer-facing support role.
- Comfort working with financial data and reconciliation processes.
- Strong numerical aptitude and high attention to detail when handling sensitive billing information.
- Clear and confident written communication in English.
- Ability to work across multiple systems and follow internal processes.
