Salary: $125,000 - $174,000

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end data strategy to bridge the gap between complex datasets and actionable business intelligence for members.
• Define the commercial and product strategy for the analytics portfolio, including tiered "basic" and "premium" offerings.
• Translate clinical and operational workflows (front office, claims, patient care) into clear product requirements and data models.
• Develop and own features that measure provider performance and incentive programs to drive practice profitability.
• Act as the voice of the customer in collaboration with Engineering and Design to ensure architecture supports clinical goals.
• Align the analytics roadmap with member retention and growth objectives.

Requirements

• 7+ years in a product management role with a track record of owning strategy for data-driven or analytics products.
• Deep, hands-on experience in the business operations of an outpatient clinic or healthcare setting, including the "care-to-cash" journey.
• Technical expertise in data structures and defining requirements for a semantic layer for non-technical users.
• Experience defining product tiers, service offerings, and value propositions for B2B SaaS products.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience migrating enterprise analytics from legacy BI platforms (Logi, SSRS, Crystal Reports) to cloud-native experiences.
• Familiarity with HL7 FHIR data models and clinical data mapping.
• Direct experience in practice administration, clinical management, or healthcare consulting.
• Background in revenue cycle management (RCM) or financial performance analytics in healthcare.
