What you will do

• Own the product roadmap for clinical pathways and define features for safe, effective AI-native care delivery.
• Design and iterate on clinical workflows for urgent care, primary care, and chronic disease management.
• Translate complex clinical requirements into detailed product specifications for AI and context engineering teams.
• Lead discovery and customize pathway configurations for new clinical partners to ensure successful adoption.
• Collaborate with engineering on EHR integrations and healthcare interoperability requirements.
• Define success metrics and evaluation frameworks for clinical pathway performance.

Requirements

• MD, DO, or equivalent medical degree (minimum requirement).
• Must be based in the US.
• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in healthcare technology or digital health.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML systems and their application in production healthcare settings.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and clinical data standards such as HL7 and FHIR.
• Proven ability to own product roadmaps from strategy through execution.

Nice to have

• Experience with prompt engineering, LLMs, or AI system development.
• Background in clinical informatics or health IT implementation.
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and FDA regulations for clinical software.
• MBA or additional business/product training.
