What you will do

• Serve as the lead liaison between Employee Success, Payroll, Finance, and IT for HR systems and applications.
• Design and maintain HR systems including HRIS (UKG), LMS, and BI tools, ensuring data integrity and correct configuration.
• Provide statistical analysis and human capital metrics to support strategic planning and financial forecasting.
• Build queries, reports, and dashboards to support various business needs utilizing reporting tools.
• Configure and manage UKG modules for recruiting, onboarding, payroll, compensation, and talent management.
• Complete required federal, state, and local reporting mandates such as EEO, Vets, ACA, and 401k.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HRIS with system administration and/or analyst responsibilities.
• Mastery-level knowledge of UKG (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, etc.).
• Expert proficiency with Microsoft Excel and BI tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Must be based in the United States.
