Salary: $95,200 - $126,700 USD

What you will do

• Configure and maintain UKG Dimensions modules including Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, and Attendance.
• Translate business needs from HR, Payroll, and Operations into technical system specifications.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve technical issues within the Dimensions system.
• Create and maintain pay rules, work rules, and schedule templates.
• Generate data reports to provide insights into workforce analytics.
• Develop training materials and support end-users as a subject matter expert.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the USA
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with UKG Dimensions and Workforce Central configuration.
• Deep knowledge of timekeeping, scheduling, leave management, and labor compliance processes.
• Familiarity with SQL and data interfaces/integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, HR, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• UKG Certification (Timekeeper, Advanced Scheduler, or Dimensions).
• Experience integrating Kronos with HRIS or payroll systems like Workday.
• Project management experience in system implementations.
