Location: Remote, must be based in Australia (Melbourne, Brisbane or Sydney)

What you will do

  • Manage and expand strategic customer accounts in high-growth technology, logistics, and fintech sectors.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to consistently deliver revenue, gross margin, and gross profit results.
  • Partner with product, finance, support, and operations teams to identify and capture new revenue opportunities.
  • Lead consultative sales cycles involving deep discovery and advocacy for customer needs within the organization.
  • Maintain disciplined forecasting and present performance guidance to executive management.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in new business account acquisition or strategic sales of analytical products.
  • Proven track record in relationship management, cross-selling, and solutions consulting.
  • Ability to influence technical leaders and build supportive partnerships.
  • Experience utilizing data-driven strategies for account development and value proof.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage business forecasts and financial models.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience cross-selling to Marketing, Engineering, and Product departments.
  • Professional background in Telco, CPaaS, or PaaS selling.
