What you will do

  • Execute a new business sales strategy for the mid-market segment within the Chinese market.
  • Identify, qualify, and close net-new customer opportunities and manage a strong pipeline of new logos.
  • Engage senior stakeholders in manufacturing organizations to position hirify.global as a strategic solution for their business challenges.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, including discovery, solution positioning, product demonstrations, and closing.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene.
  • Collaborate with virtual pre-sales, marketing, and services teams and share market intelligence to refine positioning.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience in technology, analytics, or enterprise software.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets (100%+ of quota).
  • Fluent Mandarin (native or business-native level).
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently (up to 60%) across the region.
  • Strong experience selling B2B software solutions specifically into the manufacturing industry.
