What you will do
- Execute a new business sales strategy for the mid-market segment within the Chinese market.
- Identify, qualify, and close net-new customer opportunities and manage a strong pipeline of new logos.
- Engage senior stakeholders in manufacturing organizations to position as a strategic solution for their business challenges.
- Lead the full sales cycle, including discovery, solution positioning, product demonstrations, and closing.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene.
- Collaborate with virtual pre-sales, marketing, and services teams and share market intelligence to refine positioning.
Requirements
- 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience in technology, analytics, or enterprise software.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets (100%+ of quota).
- Fluent Mandarin (native or business-native level).
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to travel frequently (up to 60%) across the region.
- Strong experience selling B2B software solutions specifically into the manufacturing industry.
