What you will do

  • Generate new business leads through customer relationship development, cold calling, and attendance at industry events.
  • Develop sales plans to grow existing account share of wallet via cross-selling, up-selling, and integrated sponsorship packages.
  • Maintain accurate customer pipelines and reporting using Salesforce CRM.
  • Collaborate with Exhibitor Marketing teams to deliver effective retention campaigns.
  • Mentor Account Executives to share industry knowledge and enhance overall sales performance.
  • Manage the handover of customer requirements to Event Operations and Event teams.

Requirements

  • Native Mandarin speaker with fluent English speaking skills.
  • Over 5 years of experience in sales or government affairs.
  • Proven experience in B2B solution sales, including data, media, consulting, and events.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in digital and B2B marketing, including business copywriting and SEO.
  • Must be based in Shanghai, China.
