What you will do

• Independently inspect production hardware, including complex avionics wire harnesses, PCBAs, and precision machined mechanical components.
• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and apply basic GD&T principles to accept or reject products.
• Perform in-process, final, and first article inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Initiate and document nonconformances (NCRs) and communicate results to production and quality teams.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and ensure full traceability of hardware.
• Ensure all activities comply with AS9100 and internal quality system requirements.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in aerospace or high-reliability inspection.
• Proficiency in print reading and basic GD&T.
• Familiarity with IPC workmanship standards for avionics and dimensional inspection methods for mechanical parts.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise judgment on product acceptance.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and complete E-Verify identity verification.
