Salary: $75.00 - $87.50 per hour.

What you will do
- Oversee quality processes and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve recurring quality issues.
- Perform failure investigations and manage non-conforming product dispositions.
- Develop inspection plans and conduct First Article Inspections per AS9102.
- Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement solutions.
- Interface with customers and suppliers to present quality-related metrics and findings.
Requirements
- Secret security clearance required at time of submittal.
- W2 hourly contract only; no C2C or 1099.
- Bachelor's degree in STEM or equivalent experience.
- Advanced knowledge of AS9100, ISO9001, FAR, and DFAR standards.
- Proficiency in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T).
- Ability to travel 25%-50% of the time.
Nice to have
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or CQIA.
- Lean / Six Sigma Green or Black Belt.
- Experience with SAP and Apriso applications.
- Prior leadership or mentoring experience.
