What you will do

• Oversee quality processes and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve recurring quality issues.
• Perform failure investigations and manage non-conforming product dispositions.
• Develop inspection plans and conduct First Article Inspections per AS9102.
• Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement solutions.
• Interface with customers and suppliers to present quality-related metrics and findings.

Requirements

• Secret security clearance required at time of submittal.
• W2 hourly contract only; no C2C or 1099.
• Bachelor's degree in STEM or equivalent experience.
• Advanced knowledge of AS9100, ISO9001, FAR, and DFAR standards.
• Proficiency in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T).
• Ability to travel 25%-50% of the time.

Nice to have

• ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or CQIA.
• Lean / Six Sigma Green or Black Belt.
• Experience with SAP and Apriso applications.
• Prior leadership or mentoring experience.
