What you will do

• Support DO-178C and DO-254 certification activities across multiple programs.
• Prepare and refine certification artifacts such as PSAC, PHAC, SDP, and HDP.
• Develop and review Quality Assurance Plans (SQAP/HPAP) to ensure compliance.
• Perform SQA audits and track gaps between planned processes and execution.
• Maintain QMS systems in accordance with ISO9001 and AS9100 standards.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and customers to ensure certification requirements are met.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required (dual citizenship must be disclosed).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Software, Systems, or Electrical).
• 3 to 8 years of experience in software engineering, quality, or systems engineering.
• Understanding of software development lifecycles and documentation practices.
• Ability to work autonomously and coordinate with technical teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
