Quality Control Inspector II (Medtech)

What you will do

• Perform dimensional inspections on raw materials and incoming components.
• Conduct testing on prototype and production products using automated tension, compression, and flow measurement systems.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and apparatus.
• Compile data for department Key Process Indicators (KPIs) and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers to improve testing methodologies and SOPs.
• Ensure all work complies with company QMS, ISO, and FDA regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship)
• Must be located in or able to commute to Irvine, California
• 4+ years of relevant QC inspection experience, preferably in an FDA-regulated industry.
• Strong knowledge of QSRs, cGMP, and documentation practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
