What you will do

• Lead customer-facing engineering from onboarding to optimization of AI solutions.
• Develop new features, MVPs, and scalable tools using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.
• Design and iterate on AI/ML solutions, including LLM prompting and tuning of voices and transcribers.
• Manage APIs and integrations with third-party enterprise systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Requirements

• French: Native or fluent (C1/C2 level) required
• Strong full-stack experience with React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Hands-on proficiency in Python.
• Experience building AI/ML applications and LLM prompting/tuning.
• Ability to manage APIs and third-party system integrations.
• Founder mindset with a high degree of independence and ownership.
