What you will do

• Design and implement business-critical AI features, including chatbots and virtual assistants.
• Utilize and fine-tune LLMs to meet specific business needs and domain requirements.
• Collaborate on requirements analysis to deliver end-to-end AI-driven modules.
• Write scalable, maintainable code and ensure high performance through monitoring and refactoring.
• Contribute to the security and reliability of AI solutions within the platform.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to maintain system uptime.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of LLMs and hands-on experience with prompting and model integration.
• Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGen.
• Familiarity with RAG, vector databases, and reranking.
• 5+ years of backend experience in Python, TypeScript/Node.js, or Java.
• Must be based in Madrid for hybrid work.

Nice to have

• Full-stack development experience.
• Experience designing and deploying services in AWS production environments.
