AI Engineer (Internal Automation) (AI/Python): Building and deploying end-to-end internal AI solutions to automate business workflows with an accent on LLM application design and RAG pipelines. What you will do
- Embed with Operations, Creative, Support, and other business teams to understand real workflows and identify high-impact AI automation opportunities.
- Design and ship LLM applications, agents, RAG pipelines, chatbots, and automated workflows.
- Own the full lifecycle from discovery and prototyping through production deployment and adoption.
- Measure time and effort saved through automation and improve solutions based on real usage.
- Prioritize an independent roadmap and own outcomes without handoffs.
Requirements
- 6+ years of software engineering experience.
- Hands-on production experience shipping AI systems using LLM frameworks such as LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar tools.
- Experience owning at least one project end to end, including discovery, development, and rollout.
- Strong foundations in Python, APIs, microservices, databases, and AWS.
- Ability to work with ambiguity, translate manual business processes into technical solutions, and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
- English is required; the role is based in Madrid, Spain.
