What you will do

• Lead GCP-centric deployments using Vertex AI Pipelines, Cloud Run, GKE, and Firebase, while integrating AWS and Azure components.
• Develop shared Python components for AI/ML backend APIs and middleware.
• Build monitoring and performance benchmarking systems across hybrid cloud environments.
• Partner with AI Architects and SRE engineers to deploy high-throughput model-serving infrastructure.
• Coordinate with external vendors to integrate third-party LLMs into enterprise workflows.
• Conduct quarterly on-site workshops with European clients and engineering teams (approx. 20% travel).

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Must be located in Spain or Germany.
• Strong experience in AI development, machine learning, or data science.
• Proven expertise in GCP (Vertex AI, GKE, Cloud Run) and familiarity with AWS/Azure.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working in global, distributed teams.
