What you will do

• Own all technical aspects of the customer lifecycle, from initial deployment through full activation.
• Collaborate with customers to identify high-impact use cases and technical challenges for Devin.
• Build deep relationships with customer engineering teams to ensure smooth product integration.
• Implement requested features directly and advocate for customer needs within the internal team.
• Act as a "customer oracle" to help shape the product roadmap based on real-world feedback.

Requirements

• Fluency or Native proficiency in Spanish.
• Strong engineering foundation from a rigorous technical environment.
• Demonstrated track record of exceptional performance academically, professionally, or entrepreneurially.
• Self-directed approach to prioritization and task management.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with senior engineers and executives.
• Willingness to travel 25–50%.

Nice to have

• Advanced proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python or TypeScript.
• Experience writing and debugging complex software systems.
• Experience working at an early-stage startup.
