What you will do

• Research cutting-edge AI technologies and develop PoCs within the AI Labs team.
• Architect sophisticated, multi-provider LLM workflows and autonomous agents capable of advanced reasoning.
• Develop MCP (Model Context Protocol) agents to connect LLMs with proprietary data ecosystems.
• Integrate AI capabilities into product workflows to automate and enhance core functionality.
• Optimize AI agent performance through RAG pipelines, fine-tuning, and prompt optimization.

Requirements

• Must be based in Spain.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience with expertise in Python and cloud platforms.
• Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and token optimization.
• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
• Experience with AI evaluation frameworks, benchmarking, and performance optimization.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI agent orchestration frameworks and architectures.
• Background in machine learning or predictive modeling.
• Knowledge of AI safety, alignment, and responsible AI practices.
• Practical experience with Vector Databases (e.g., pgvector, Pinecone, Qdrant).
