Salary: $100,000 - $118,750 CAD (Ontario base salary band)

What you will do

  • Provide HR business partnership to VP-level leaders and execute HR business strategies to drive business results.
  • Implement HR interventions for retention, change management, employee engagement, and leadership development.
  • Investigate and resolve complex employee relations issues, advising employees and managers.
  • Coach managers and employees on people policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and stay current on changes and best practices.
  • Run employee experience improvements using surveys, data analysis, and continuous improvement insights.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4-6 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 4 years in a business partner or similar strategic role.
  • Strong employee relations experience, including managing complex employee relations cases.
  • Proven coaching and consulting skills to guide managers and senior leaders.
  • Ability to influence and build trust with senior stakeholders in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute HR initiatives that improve organizational performance.
