What you will do

  • Partner with senior business leaders to design and execute people strategies that drive organizational effectiveness and talent retention.
  • Lead complex employee relations investigations and resolution processes while ensuring legal compliance.
  • Consult on org design, workforce planning, and restructuring initiatives using data-informed recommendations.
  • Coach and develop people managers on leadership effectiveness, performance management, and team engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and L&D to deliver integrated HR programs.
  • Lead a team of global People Business Partners to ensure alignment with company objectives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience, including at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
  • Deep expertise in Canadian employment law and employee relations practices.
  • Proven ability to build trusted advisory relationships with VP and C-suite leaders.
  • Demonstrated experience leading org design, workforce planning, and change management at scale.
  • Strong track record of coaching and developing managers to elevate leadership capability.
  • Must be based in Canada.
