What you will do
- Partner with senior business leaders to design and execute people strategies that drive organizational effectiveness and talent retention.
- Lead complex employee relations investigations and resolution processes while ensuring legal compliance.
- Consult on org design, workforce planning, and restructuring initiatives using data-informed recommendations.
- Coach and develop people managers on leadership effectiveness, performance management, and team engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and L&D to deliver integrated HR programs.
- Lead a team of global People Business Partners to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience, including at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
- Deep expertise in Canadian employment law and employee relations practices.
- Proven ability to build trusted advisory relationships with VP and C-suite leaders.
- Demonstrated experience leading org design, workforce planning, and change management at scale.
- Strong track record of coaching and developing managers to elevate leadership capability.
- Must be based in Canada.
