TL;DR

Director of Human Resources (Cybersecurity): Architecting and leading a global people strategy across the US, EMEA, and Canada with an accent on organizational effectiveness, total rewards, and multi-jurisdictional compliance. Location: Must be based in the United States (Role requires authorization to work in the US without sponsorship).

Salary: $178,000 – $188,000 plus performance-based bonus and equity.

What you will do

  • Co-architect a people strategy aligned with business growth and organizational ambition.
  • Design competitive and equitable compensation, benefits, and equity frameworks across the US, EMEA, and Canada.
  • Lead the full HR ecosystem including performance management, L&D, and employee relations.
  • Turn workforce data into proactive decisions regarding attrition, engagement, and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Champion belonging, inclusion, and psychological safety as core operational realities.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 3 years managing teams.
  • Deep knowledge of employment law and practices across the US, EMEA, and Canada.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Proven mastery in designing total rewards, compensation frameworks, and equity structures.
  • Fluency in HRIS platforms and workforce analytics.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to communicate effectively at the executive level.

Nice to have

  • SHRM-SCP, CIPD, or equivalent certification.
  • Experience with ADP, PerformYard, or similar HRIS and performance management platforms.
  • Active interest in leveraging AI tools for HR operations.
