Salary: $178,000 – $188,000 plus performance-based bonus and equity.

What you will do
- Co-architect a people strategy aligned with business growth and organizational ambition.
- Design competitive and equitable compensation, benefits, and equity frameworks across the US, EMEA, and Canada.
- Lead the full HR ecosystem including performance management, L&D, and employee relations.
- Turn workforce data into proactive decisions regarding attrition, engagement, and retention.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws across multiple jurisdictions.
- Champion belonging, inclusion, and psychological safety as core operational realities.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 3 years managing teams.
- Deep knowledge of employment law and practices across the US, EMEA, and Canada.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Proven mastery in designing total rewards, compensation frameworks, and equity structures.
- Fluency in HRIS platforms and workforce analytics.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to communicate effectively at the executive level.
Nice to have
- SHRM-SCP, CIPD, or equivalent certification.
- Experience with ADP, PerformYard, or similar HRIS and performance management platforms.
- Active interest in leveraging AI tools for HR operations.
