Salary: $215,000 - $255,000 per year

What you will do

• Partner with Sales to develop and implement GTM strategies targeting mid-market clients.
• Lead strategic engagements for key clients, providing expert insights to guide transformation and maximize success.
• Develop quantitative value cases and ROI materials for data modernization and AI strategies.
• Enable internal teams including Account Executives and Delivery personnel with mid-market domain knowledge.
• Collaborate with Technical Practices to align market positioning with actual technical capabilities.
• Maintain high-value client relationships and disseminate success stories to foster internal learning.

Requirements

• 10+ years of consulting experience in cloud and digital transformation or leadership roles for mid-market/PE-backed companies.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing GTM strategies.
• Deep expertise in public cloud infrastructure and services, specifically AWS.
• Ability to build robust financial business cases with quantitative ROI and cost-saving models.
• Experience guiding organizations through significant digital and platform transformations.
• Must be based in Canada and possess valid work authorization without requiring visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• AWS or other recognized Cloud Certifications.
• Experience in AWS consulting specifically for Fortune 2000 clients.
• Strong understanding of Agile project delivery.
• Experience working within competitive cloud ecosystems outside of AWS.
