AI Transformation & Strategy Consultant (AI): Helping organizations redesign how work gets done using generative AI, automation, and agent-based workflows with an accent on bridging the gap between strategy and measurable business impact. Location: Hybrid; must be based within commuting distance of New York City, Charlotte, Seattle, or San Francisco (office attendance 3+ days per week).
Salary: $93,800 - $135,700 per year

What you will do
- Partner with stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities for generative AI and automation.
- Design and prototype AI-powered workflows and agentic systems across finance, sales, and customer support.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives, establishing scalable operating models and governance.
- Track adoption and performance metrics to continuously refine prompts and workflow reliability.
- Develop playbooks and documentation to enable responsible AI adoption across the enterprise.
Requirements
- 2–7 years of experience in consulting, business transformation, product, or technology roles.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, AI agents, and enterprise AI adoption challenges.
- Hands-on experience experimenting with AI tools like OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot.
- No visa sponsorship provided (must not require H1-B, F-1/OPT, TN, etc., now or in the future).
- Bachelor's degree.
Nice to have
- Experience in financial services or fintech industries.
- Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies or large transformation programs.
- Experience with enterprise systems, CRM tools, or data platforms.
