Test Engineer - Fresh Graduates (Master's/PhD)

What you will do

• Create robust and cost-effective semiconductor IC test strategies covering test platforms, hardware, software, and instrumentation.
• Design ATE hardware interface boards and develop test programs for IC testing and characterization.
• Debug and bring up ATE test solutions for analog and mixed-signal ICs, including bench correlation.
• Perform parametric tests and investigate device- and setup-related issues through resolution.
• Analyze silicon results statistically, identify root causes of yield fall-outs, and support failure analysis.
• Support silicon qualification and qualification hardware development while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Master's degree in electronic engineering or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in semiconductor IC testing using ATE; fresh graduates are considered.
• Experience designing ATE hardware PCBs.
• Knowledge of test and measurement equipment.
• Experience with analog ATE testers such as Teradyne ETS-88, ETS-364, or equivalent platforms.
