What you will do

• Orchestrate seamless onboarding and deliver engaging orientation sessions for new joiners.
• Manage the end-to-end work pass journey, including applications and renewals in coordination with MOM.
• Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and vendor management.
• Maintain accurate people data and resolve HR tickets via ServiceNow.
• Support international mobility and organize employee milestones such as promotions and awards.
• Participate in projects to automate HR workflows and implement AI solutions.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience in HR operations, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of local Singapore Employment Act and regulations.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure documentation compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet deadlines.
