What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end payroll operations across 8 countries, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and statutory compliance.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of two Payroll & HR Admin Officers based in Paris and Montreal.
  • Build and optimize scalable HR admin processes for the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Partner with Finance to ensure accurate payroll accounting, reporting, and budget monitoring.
  • Identify and implement AI-driven solutions to automate and simplify payroll and HR workflows.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex payroll and HR administrative matters.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional experience in payroll and HR administration, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong, hands-on expertise in French and international payroll, social declarations, and labor law compliance.
  • Full professional fluency in both French and English.
  • Must possess an employment status that allows work from the office in France.
  • Experience working in a fast-scaling SaaS or tech company.
  • Proven ability to manage external payroll providers and benefits vendors across multiple jurisdictions.
