What you will do
- Manage onboarding processes and administrative documentation for employees and apprentices in France and internationally.
- Maintain accurate employee data across HR systems and coordinate lifecycle stages with internal stakeholders.
- Prepare variable payroll elements for employees in France, UK, Spain, and Germany.
- Administer health insurance schemes and medical check-up tracking for France-based staff.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding leave, absences, and day-to-day HR requests.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and service delivery based on SLAs.
Requirements
- Pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in HR, Employment Law, Management, or a Business School with an HR specialization.
- Previous experience in generalist HR through an internship or apprenticeship.
- Solid grounding in French employment law fundamentals and core HR processes.
- French: Native or full professional proficiency.
- English: Full professional proficiency.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
Nice to have
- Prior exposure to HRIS tools such as BambooHR, Lucca, Personio, or Workday.
- Experience working within an international or high-growth environment.
- Interest in HR data, automation, and no-code tools.
