What you will do

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, contract preparation, and offboarding.
• Oversee Singapore payroll, ensuring accurate CPF contributions, statutory deductions, and IR21 tax clearance.
• Administer work visa processes, including applications, renewals, transfers, and cancellations.
• Maintain employee records and HRIS systems with high accuracy and confidentiality.
• Coordinate with external vendors, such as payroll providers and insurance brokers.
• Provide support for international People Operations and cross-regional compliance across other entities.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in People Operations or HR Generalist roles.
• Hands-on experience with Singapore payroll, CPF, MOM regulations, and the Employment Act.
• Proven ability to manage work visa administration.
• Experience using HRIS platforms (e.g., OmniHR, HiBob, BambooHR, Rippling).
• Ability to operate independently in a high-growth startup environment.
• Must be based in Singapore.

• Experience with equity administration tools like Pulley or Carta.
• Background in technology, fintech, or high-growth startups.
• Experience supporting multi-entity international organizations.
