What you will do

  • Develop a deep understanding of the value of Lens and other solutions, including the sectors and customer buying cycles.
  • Identify key customer stakeholders and drive growth by selling the Lens platform plus cross-sell and up-sell of the broader portfolio.
  • Pro-actively manage and maximize commercial growth aligned with regional priorities.
  • Use product roadmap knowledge to position new solutions ahead of buying cycles and maximize success.
  • Partner with Product to shape the product development roadmap and gather competitive intelligence.
  • Manage the business pipeline and ensure accurate Salesforce forecasting.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in an Account Management role in B2B sales of data or SaaS-based solutions.
  • Proven experience with value-based selling and understanding customer workflows and needs.
  • Understanding of an agile product development cycle.
  • Ability to build relationships from C-suite level down to end users, including working with complex and often global customer organizations.
  • Track record of planning and executing long-term commercial strategy while delivering short-term targets.
  • Strong collaboration with internal teams to achieve commercial success.
