Location: Hybrid in Shibuya, Tokyo, Japan

What you will do

  • Manage the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing high-value contracts.
  • Execute outbound strategies to expand the hirify.global footprint across Japan and the APAC region.
  • Drive sales for Emlid RTK hardware and hirify.globalDcatch software solutions.
  • Maintain a rigorous sales pipeline and accurate forecasting within HubSpot CRM.
  • Conduct high-impact product demonstrations focused on ROI and business value.
  • Collaborate with the Channel Sales Manager to support resellers in hitting their targets.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales (SaaS or Hardware).
  • Native Japanese proficiency is mandatory.
  • Expert-level experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales quotas.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Geospatial, GIS, or Construction technology.
  • Prior experience selling GNSS/RTK hardware.
  • Familiarity with photogrammetry workflows or hirify.global software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
