What you will do

  • Oversee, coach, and manage the daily performance and quota attainment of the Enterprise BDR team.
  • Hire and ramp new team members through structured training, product knowledge, and role-play sessions.
  • Develop and execute strategies for outbound pipeline growth in collaboration with sales and marketing leadership.
  • Establish and maintain a library of prospecting resources and best practices.
  • Drive operational excellence by monitoring KPIs, forecasting deals, and ensuring accurate management reporting.
  • Maintain a high-performance, team-oriented culture through proactive coaching and real-time feedback.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Tokyo and able to work in a hybrid office environment.
  • Fluent in Japanese (verbal and written) and business-level English.
  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience, including at least 1+ year in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record in outbound sales and consistent quota achievement.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce and modern prospecting tools like Outreach, Gong, or 6sense.
  • Ability to operate independently while reporting to remote leadership in different time zones.
