What you will do

  • Develop and execute account and territory sales strategies to meet assigned quotas.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting to engage senior contacts within marketing, creative, and IT departments.
  • Prepare and present tailored sales proposals and quotations to enterprise clients.
  • Maintain accurate client data and sales pipeline updates within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing and pre-sales engineering teams to ensure effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Become a subject matter expert on hirify.global’s font and technology product offerings.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Japanese and English (verbal and written) is required.
  • Proven track record in closing corporate accounts and managing sales quotas.
  • Experience in software, mobile apps, gaming, media, advertising, or design sectors.
  • Strong contract negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Experience in planning and implementing account and territory management strategies.
  • Proficiency with mainstream CRM systems.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience with Salesforce.
  • Background in digital product marketing.
