What you will do

  • Lead the administration of subcontract agreements from proposal support through contract closeout.
  • Draft, negotiate, and review subcontract agreements, NDAs, teaming agreements, and modifications.
  • Ensure all activities comply with FAR, DFARS, and internal company policies.
  • Conduct subcontractor solicitations, evaluations, and source selection activities.
  • Perform cost and price analyses to support procurement decisions and monitor subcontractor performance.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and support internal, customer, and government audits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Contracts Management, Finance, or Law.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in subcontract administration or government contracting.
  • U.S. Citizenship.
  • Strong working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and government procurement regulations.
  • Experience supporting U.S. Government, DoD, aerospace, or defense-related programs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with ERP or contract management systems.

Nice to have

  • Master's degree in a related discipline.
  • NCMA certifications such as CPCM or CFCM.
  • Experience with Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) or advanced manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of CAS, TINA, and CPSR requirements.
  • Active U.S. DoD security clearance.
