What you will do

• Develop and maintain a supply chain organization to meet corporate and divisional goals.
• Oversee annual procurements exceeding $100M and manage a team of 12 professionals.
• Improve procedures for planning, purchasing, and manufacturing across all product lines.
• Lead cross-functional teams for continuous process improvements within hirify.global and with suppliers.
• Manage budgets, create inventory targets, and minimize obsolescence costs.
• Participate in negotiations for key contracts and supplier agreements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Material Management, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in materials management or supply chain.
• 5+ years of direct leadership experience managing reports.
• Familiarity with FARs and DFARs is required.
• Sound understanding of ERP / MRP based material control systems.
• Must have access to U.S. export-controlled information.
