What you will do

• Oversee procurement operations and coordinate workflows to meet program objectives.
• Gather requirements and develop procurement and subcontracting strategies.
• Manage purchase requests and lead the development of Subcontract Statements of Work (SSOWs).
• Serve as the primary strategic liaison between customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Cultivate vendor relationships to ensure performance, compliance, and delivery.
• Monitor procurement KPIs and drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of progressive experience in procurement, vendor management, or contract administration.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Government contracting practices (FAR/DFARS).
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is required.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Proven ability to manage procurement activities independently and within cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and task management skills under tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with engineering and construction disciplines (electrical, mechanical, telecommunications, etc.).
• Advanced experience developing detailed Subcontract Statements of Work (SSOWs).
• Professional certifications such as CPSM, CPM, or CPPB.
