What you will do

• Lead internal audit processes and support external government audits (DCAA, DCMA) to ensure procurement compliance.
• Provide subject matter expertise on U.S. government (FAR/DFARS) procurement requirements.
• Develop and deploy training for procurement staff regarding purchasing system requirements, tools, and policies.
• Support Supply Chain Compliance training and Communities of Practice.
• Collaborate with Operating Group Supply Chain teams to ensure adherence to approved Purchasing System standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or a relevant subject.
• 7+ years of experience in procurement, specifically with U.S. Government contracting.
• Deep knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS) in an aerospace/defense manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to access U.S. export-controlled information.
• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in ERP and procurement software.
• Excellent communication and formal presentation skills.
