What you will do

• Lead the planning and on-the-ground execution of strategic events, community activations, and product launches.
• Equip sales teams with tools, messaging, and context to effectively engage prospects throughout the event lifecycle.
• Coordinate staffing strategies to ensure optimal impact during activations.
• Create and scale ancillary event programs like VIP dinners and roundtables to accelerate pipeline.
• Define KPIs and report on the link between field activities and revenue outcomes.
• Document and refine repeatable playbooks to build a scalable field marketing engine.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in field, event, or experiential marketing within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.
• Proven ability to translate brand experiences into measurable business outcomes.
• Strong experience supporting sales teams and building effective enablement programs.
• Exceptional project management skills for juggling multiple complex initiatives.
• Willingness to travel as needed to support events.
