What you will do

• Plan and execute virtual events and webinars globally, including platform setup and live production.
• Collaborate with Campaigns, Product Marketing, and Sales to shape event content and messaging.
• Manage promotion, registration, and follow-up workflows in partnership with Marketing Ops.
• Monitor live events to ensure smooth execution and perform real-time troubleshooting.
• Analyze event performance and compile reports with data-driven insights for optimization.
• Maintain event calendars and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, events, or webinar production, ideally in SaaS.
• Proficiency with virtual event platforms such as Zoom, ON24, CVent, or Goldcast.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools like Marketo and Salesforce.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple simultaneous events.
• Must be based in San Mateo, CA, with onsite expectations 3x/week (Tues-Thurs).
