What you will do

• Set up and manage Go High Level workflows for event registrations and member communications.
• Process event enrollments and ensure members are properly integrated into automated sequences.
• Manage and maintain the member database to ensure complete and accurate data.
• Handle prospect pipeline management and tracking within the CRM.
• Coordinate event logistics, reminders, and follow-up messaging for multiple events.
• Provide general administrative support for member management and organizational operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience with Go High Level platform and its workflow capabilities.
• Strong understanding of CRM and membership management systems.
• Excellent communication skills for member correspondence and coordination.
• Detail-oriented approach to data management and workflow setup.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple simultaneous event streams.
• Administrative background with a focus on process optimization.
