What you will do

• Plan and execute company events, including conferences, trade shows, webinars, and customer advisory boards.
• Manage full-cycle logistics: venue selection, vendor contracts, catering, A/V setup, and travel arrangements.
• Collaborate with growth marketers to develop promotion strategies via email, social media, and digital ads.
• Oversee production of event collateral and ensure consistent branding across all touchpoints.
• Lead on-site coordination, registration, and guest experience during events.
• Track and report performance metrics such as attendance, leads, and ROI, and manage lead follow-up with sales.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in event planning or marketing.
• Proficiency with HubSpot and event management software like Eventbrite or Cvent.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a proactive mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed for events.

Nice to have

• Graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with virtual event platforms such as Zoom Events or Swoogo.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital analytics tools.
