What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end execution of content marketing programs, including ideation, calendar management, and performance tracking.
• Coordinate cross-functional workflows and external resources to deliver marketing output at pace.
• Drive demand generation through email programs, event follow-through, and lead capture initiatives.
• Ensure brand and messaging consistency across North American and European channels.
• Maintain operational integrity by managing HubSpot data, campaign reporting, and sales collateral accuracy.
• Deploy and build AI agents to improve marketing output quality and execution speed.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing with a proven track record of program ownership.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms, CMS, and social/email tools.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to accelerate execution and improve output quality.
• Experience working alongside sales teams to provide necessary collateral and materials.
• Strong organizational skills with a builder mentality to create structure and process.

Nice to have

• Experience building or working with AI agents.
• Background in vertical SaaS, hospitality tech, or property management software.
• Experience supporting multi-region or international marketing programs.
