What you will do
- Own Business Affairs workstreams for hardware marketing projects, including confidential product launches, campaigns, and experiential activations.
- Manage end-to-end requirements for rights, clearances, contracts, usage terms, and vendor documentation.
- Execute project workflows involving talent deals, music licensing, third-party IP, and likeness rights.
- Establish BA guardrails for confidential work, including NDA requirements, secure asset handling, and vendor onboarding.
- Develop scalable BA operating models for how external agencies and creators are briefed and contracted.
- Partner with Security and Legal to implement confidentiality controls for hardware marketing.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in Advertising, Marketing, or Production Business Affairs roles.
- Proven experience supporting hardware, consumer technology, or highly confidential product launches.
- Deep expertise in negotiating contracts, rights, clearances, and third-party IP.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to resolve blockers and align cross-functional teams.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, high-pressure, and highly scrutinized environments.
