Program Integrator (National Security)

What you will do

• Assist Government Program Managers (GPMs) with resource planning, tracking, and allocation.
• Create comprehensive bi-weekly reports on funding execution, cost estimation, budget availability, and staffing metrics.
• Develop and track key program documentation, including Task Order Technical Overviews (TTOs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and Program Management Plans (PMPs).
• Analyze financial execution and projection reports from vendors and Government Business Financial Managers.
• Liaise with Government Contract Managers to resolve performance anomalies and concerns.
• Perform advanced data analysis using MS Excel to create briefing charts and materials for government decision-making.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (required).
• Bachelor's degree with a business or technical focus.
• 4+ years of combined experience in DoD/IC program management, contract management, and/or financial management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially advanced Excel (pivot tables, slicers, charts).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.

Nice to have

• PMP, Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM), or DAWIA Level II certification.
• Strong ability to analyze and present complex financial data clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
