What you will do

• Build and manage integrated release calendars and define readiness gates for production releases.
• Manage release evidence repositories, including RACI, FMEA, and detailed cutover plans.
• Facilitate Go/No-Go meetings and lead deployment bridges and war rooms during execution.
• Coordinate change requests and secure CAB approvals via ITSM tools.
• Ensure operational readiness, including monitoring, alerting, and Service Desk enablement.
• Manage hypercare periods, coordinate incident triage, and drive final handoff to BAU.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in release management, change management, or technical delivery leadership.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Deep knowledge of ITSM change governance (CAB) and incident/problem processes.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional enterprise releases involving multiple teams and vendors.
• Proven ability to manage detailed cutover plans, risk waivers, and audit evidence trails.
• Excellent facilitation skills for Go/No-Go meetings and stakeholder reporting.

• Experience in regulated industries such as utilities, financial services, or healthcare.
• Experience with contact center, telephony, or digital customer platforms.
• Expertise in cloud operations, CI/CD, environment management, and observability practices.
• Experience coordinating security and privacy reviews for production changes.
