TL;DR
Organization Effectiveness Consultant (HR/Organizational Development): Developing and implementing OE strategies to support key focus areas and goals with an accent on change management, organizational design, and team effectiveness. Focus on building enterprise change capability, optimizing organizational structures, and facilitating large-scale transformation initiatives.
Location: Hybrid (Overland Park, KS, US). Flexible work options may be offered after the first 90 days of employment.

What you will do
- Develop and implement Organization Effectiveness (OE) strategies and plans to align with business focus areas and goals.
- Lead and advise on organization and team alignment projects and small-to-mid sized organizational design.
- Execute large-scale programmatic OE initiatives, including Change Readiness, Change Leadership, and Change Capability.
- Partner with leaders and HR partners to assess organizational challenges and design actionable solutions that improve people and process workflows.
- Own and maintain OE practice areas, including the development of models, tools, and training.
- Collaborate with global HR leadership to build and embed core OE capabilities across the enterprise.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in organization effectiveness, facilitation, and OE consulting within complex corporate environments.
- Must be based in or able to work from Overland Park, KS, US.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, psychology, behavioral science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in applying OE methodologies and tools to assess organizational needs and provide solutions.
- Ability to synthesize complex content and data into clear, actionable models and plans.
- Capability to facilitate large groups through problem resolution and alignment.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in HR, I/O Psychology, Psychology, or Management.
- Experience in Learning and Development (L&D) or as an HR Partner.
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale organizational transformation initiatives.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage project teams using structured plans.
