What you will do

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals in partnership with senior leadership.
• Provide guidance on organizational design, change management, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Drive leadership development and talent management programs.
• Manage global employee relations while promoting an inclusive, high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence, including Talent Acquisition, L&D, and HR Analytics.
• Utilize HR metrics and workforce insights to support business decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner roles.
• Experience supporting global or multi-region organizations in a matrixed, multinational environment.
• Knowledge of international labor laws and cross-cultural business practices.
• Strong organizational design and change management capabilities.
• Strategic mindset and executive presence with the ability to influence diverse teams.
