What you will do

• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated, end-to-end people solutions.
• Drive organizational effectiveness initiatives, including change management and culture transformation.
• Utilize workforce insights and people data to proactively address business challenges.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing global team of HR business partners.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, specifically managing global HRBP functions.
• Strong consulting, influence, and business acumen capabilities.
• Expertise in organizational design, talent strategy, and leadership development.
• Ability to partner effectively with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience leveraging people data to drive decision-making.
