TL;DR
Change Management and Organizational Design Partner (HR/OD): Driving organizational effectiveness through structured change management and organizational design initiatives with an accent on cross-enterprise efficiencies and agile operating models. Location: Must be based in the United States
Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 USD

What you will do
- Consult with business leaders on organizational redesign and broader organizational development implications.
- Implement organizational development frameworks and operationalize collaborative working models.
- Support strategic workforce planning, including current/future state profiling and critical skills gap analysis.
- Develop and execute enterprise-wide change management strategies for process, system, and structural workflows.
- Coach leaders through complex change and support cultural shifts toward agile experimentation and disciplined prioritization.
- Manage the succession planning process in collaboration with the OD/SWP team.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, organizational psychology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in HR/OD, specifically focused on organizational development and change management for multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Hands-on experience in strategic workforce planning, including gap analysis and talent strategy development.
- Proven track record of coaching and influencing senior leaders through complex organizational change.
- Proficiency with established change methodologies such as ADKAR, Kotter, or Prosci.
Nice to have
- Formal training or certification in change management or strategic workforce planning.
- Experience working in a non-profit social enterprise or sectors like credential evaluation, social impact, or philanthropy.
