Salary: $59,900–$71,900 per year

What you will do
- Manage day-to-day execution of a small supplier program, tracking tasks, schedules, deliverables, milestones, risks, and issues.
- Monitor and report KPIs including on-time delivery, schedule health, cost performance, and light Earned Value Management metrics.
- Prepare dashboards, briefings, status reports, and consolidated program data for leadership and stakeholders.
- Support program planning, baseline management, scope control, documentation, proposals, pricing strategies, and forward-looking planning.
- Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, contracts, logistics, and finance teams.
- Support business development and strategy work, including portfolio analysis, market assessments, strategic roadmaps, and long-term business plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, project management, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of professional or internship experience in project or program management, legal compliance, or business development.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible to access classified information; employment requires a government security investigation.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid environment in Auburn Hills or Grayling, Michigan.
Nice to have
- Exposure to U.S. Department of Defense acquisition processes.
- Experience with business analysis, strategic planning, market research, EVM, Agile, or Integrated Master Schedules.
- Experience with project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
- Continuous improvement experience or Green Belt certification.
