What you will do

• Manage day-to-day execution of small programs, tracking tasks, schedules, and milestones.
• Monitor and report KPIs including On-Time Delivery (OTD), EVM-lite, and cost performance.
• Prepare dashboards, briefings, and status reports for leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, contracts, and finance teams to ensure alignment.
• Support proposal development, pricing strategies, and forward-looking program planning.
• Ensure strict adherence to internal processes and regulatory compliance (ITAR, DFARS).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of professional or internship experience in program management or compliance.
• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Earned Value Management (EVM), Agile methodologies, or Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
• Experience using project management software tools like MS Project or Primavera.
• Continuous Improvement experience or Green Belt certification.
